PROJECT MANAGEMENTRight from the start, the schedule and cost of development are determined. Throughout the process, milestones and checkpoints keep the customer informed and incorporate their feedback. At the end, all materials are archived, so that eLearning modules can be easily and quickly updated. 296 Creative’s eLearning process follows the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model to accurately manage expectations, budget, and scope.
